We are looking for hosts through 2026 and 2027. A host provides space for 20 to 30 people and gives a 30-minute presentation about their organization. A potluck is welcome and never required. September 16 is hosted by the Human Services Workforce team, and Lane ESD has March 17, 2027 - the months in between are open.

The Education Navigator assists youth furthest from opportunity in accessing and navigating crucial support services for education, career development, financial stability, mental health services, and more. This person supports youth referred from Connected Lane County’s programs during Drop-In Hours and maintains a regular physical presence supporting in-school youth at Al Kennedy, Network Charter, Kalapuya, and other alternative high schools.\n\nWe are looking for someone enthusiastic about our mission, passionate about helping youth succeed, and who brings a strong growth mindset. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with youth to help them overcome barriers, works well in a team environment, and brings a creative approach to problem-solving.
