About the Network
Serve the community, create community, connect with each other
A space where members serve the community, create community, and connect with each other.
The Latine Outreach Network brings together the organizations and community members who serve the Latine community of Lane County, Oregon. It is a place to hear what everyone is working on, share resources, and find the person who already knows the answer.
Who the network is for
Organizations and service providers working with the Latine community in Lane County. Community members looking for resources, information and connection. And anyone who serves or wants to support the Latine community, whatever their own background.
How we meet
The third Wednesday of every month, from 10:00 to 11:30 in the morning, alternating in person and virtual. One or two organizations present their services or programs, and the rest of the time is for sharing fliers, resources and news - who is new, who is leaving, what everyone needs. Dates and venues are on the Events page and in the calendar you can download.
Where we meet
The network has no permanent home, and that is on purpose. We meet in a different member's space each month so that people can see the work happening across Lane County first-hand - the way you would invite someone into your house. Hosting is how an organization says it is part of this network.
How to join
Anyone working with the Latine community of Lane County is welcome. Write to Mónica at Connected Lane County, [email protected], to be added to the meeting invitation. Fliers and items for the newsletter go to Miguel Rivas, [email protected]
